Weekly events at Tana Matta featured a series of DJs entertaining the guests every Friday. For each occasion, I designed posters that emphasized the venue’s distinctive mood. Tana Matta is a restaurant with a peculiar American bar. Located in the historical centre of Altamura, it is also a meeting place, covering a social function not unfamiliar in the area. Retro interiors and bizarre wallpaper immediately give the idea of a radical place, different from the usual, where the country ordinariness clashes with the originality and unpredictability of what goes on inside. It was precisely this concept the client asked to visually represent and communicate, through social profiles, paper projects such as drink lists, food menus and designs of accessories such as coasters, matches, etc. Photographically and graphically it is a project that has involved me in various areas of communication, ranging from art direction to photo shoots.
